NISCHE DESIGN is an interdisciplinary company for integrated design, BIM & Digital Planning, general contracting, Consulting & Project Advisory and Interior Design.

We bring together architectural design, technical planning, digital processes and construction to provide holistic solutions for building and real estate projects.

Our services span the initial project idea, design and approvals through to refurbishment, modernisation and construction. We support private clients and property owners as well as property managers, businesses, investors, developers and institutional clients.

By bringing together different disciplines and specialist project partners, we create solutions that combine functional, technical, design and economic requirements.

Our aim: to take a holistic view of projects, reduce interfaces and provide our clients with a reliable partner.

We see our role as bringing these requirements together at an early stage and supporting projects in a structured way.

Integrated design

From the initial idea to construction-ready design.

We develop and coordinate architectural and design services for new builds, alterations, changes of use and existing properties.

Our services cover architectural design across service phases 1–9, approval and detailed design, and the coordination of necessary specialist disciplines.

We place particular emphasis on working with existing buildings and developing economically viable solutions for existing properties.

BIM & Digital Planning

Digital expertise for coordinated design processes.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) enables us to support the digital design, coordination and delivery of construction projects.

Our services range from BIM Management and BIM Coordination to modelling, digitising existing buildings and developing digital design and project processes.

We also provide project-based design capacity to architectural and engineering practices, integrated design teams and general contractors.

General contracting

Connecting design and construction.

As a general contractor, we organise and coordinate construction and refurbishment works.

Our focus is on comprehensive refurbishment, modernisation, alterations and interior fit-outs for residential and commercial properties.

We support private homeowners, property managers, real estate companies and commercial clients with individual refurbishment measures as well as comprehensive modernisation projects.

Consulting & Project Advisory

Informed decisions for building and real estate projects.

We advise clients, investors and businesses on design, technical and economic questions.

Our advisory services include feasibility studies, technical property advice, project development, client representation and construction and project controlling.

We help our clients identify opportunities and risks early and build a sound basis for decision-making.

Interior Design

Designing spaces. Connecting function and aesthetics.

We develop individual interior concepts for homes, workplaces and commercial properties.

From spatial design and material and colour concepts to furniture and detailed design, we combine design quality with functional requirements.

On request, we also support these concepts during construction.

For construction and refurbishment projects, our agreed scope may also include organising and carrying out construction works.
