General contracting
As general contractor, NISCHE DESIGN GmbH undertakes the agreed construction works and their organisation. ND GERMANY combines on-site execution with coordination of the trades involved.
Construction execution
A design becomes usable space only through construction. ND GERMANY undertakes agreed building and fit-out works and coordinates delivery with the project participants.
New builds, alterations & refurbishment
New builds and works to existing buildings place different demands on execution. We tailor construction services and organisation to the specific brief and available information.
Site management & construction supervision
On a construction site, drawings, execution and decisions come together. Site management and construction supervision structure these interfaces within the agreed scope of duties and responsibilities.
Construction management
Construction management brings together the organisational tasks of a building project. We coordinate information, participants and upcoming decisions within the agreed project scope.
Subcontractor coordination
Different trades can work effectively together only when scope and handovers are clearly defined. We coordinate appointed subcontractors within the agreed construction brief.
