Successful execution depends on aligning tasks, documents and site conditions. We clarify the works commissioned, prerequisite works and interfaces with other trades. Outstanding design questions are raised before the relevant works are carried out.
For works to existing buildings, particular attention must be paid to existing elements, access and potential dependencies. Construction workflows are therefore tailored to the project. New findings during the works must be documented and coordinated within the project team.
The scope may cover individual building or fit-out works as well as connected packages of work. It is defined using the project documents and the agreed brief. Specialist services required for technical or legal reasons are identified separately.
