Before appointment, we clarify the scope, design information and interfaces with the client. This determines the works we carry out directly and those undertaken by appointed subcontractors. Responsibilities and handovers are clearly defined in the appointment.
During delivery, we organise the agreed construction workflows and coordinate the services involved. This includes identifying dependencies between trades, raising decisions that are needed and addressing changes through the established project process.
General contracting may cover new-build, alteration or refurbishment works. The specific contract defines which design, coordination and execution services are included. Acting as general contractor does not replace separately required evidence or specialist design.
