Before work begins, we review scope boundaries, prerequisite works and technical dependencies. Coordination should make clear who undertakes each task and what must be in place for the next step.
During delivery, we coordinate appointed participants, bring outstanding issues together and organise planned handovers. Changes to individual works may affect other trades; these impacts are raised and documented within the project.
Subcontractors remain legally independent external companies. Their involvement does not make them members of NISCHE DESIGN GROUP. Selection, appointment and responsibilities are governed by the contracts agreed for the project.
